If you would like to forward your monthly gift to us electronically, we can set up the plan for you. Please complete the Pre-Authorized Payment Request form, and return it to us with a void cheque.

The monthly debit to your account is scheduled for the fifth day of each month. You may cancel this authorization at any time by providing written notice to us.
