The Director of Administration will work with the pastoral team and the Lead Pastor to fulfill the vision of Bayview Glen Church.
The Director of Administration will be responsible for all risk management of the church. He/she will be responsible for all Support Staff (maintenance and office), their functions and their development. He/she will be responsible for all financial matters including the development and oversight of the yearly budget and the preparation of an ongoing 5-year plan to maintain and upgrade our property and facilities.
