C&MA in Canada - Our Partner Organizations

Alliance World Fellowship	The mission of the Alliance World Fellowship is to facilitate cooperation amongst its member churches as they work for the fulfilment of the Great Commission. To the glory of God there are over 40 of these national churches which are completely autonomous from the C&MA in North America. Our only tie to them is fraternal, expressed in the Alliance World Fellowship quadrennial conferences, which have been meeting every four years since 1975.

Interserve	The Christian and Missionary Alliance (C&MA) in Canada and Interserve formed a partnership early in 2001 to serve and deploy Alliance professionals as tentmaker missionaries. Interserve specializes in sending tentmakers around the world, particularly to North Africa , the Middle East and to Central and South Asia . Interserve will share their expertise in tentmaker ministry with us, helping to train and coach you, the Alliance professional, to serve Jesus Christ cross culturally. All Alliance tentmaker candidates are still encouraged to apply through the International Fellowship of Alliance Professionals (IFAP). However, as you come across an Interserve representative, please feel free to inquire of them. We have a mutual agreement to help process each other’s personnel. As needed, Interserve will be contacted to assist you in your preparations. If your profession takes you into an area where the C&MA does not have a presence or sufficient infrastructure to give you pastoral and ministry support, we will link you to Interserve who will become that support system for you.
