The majority of the fund (65%) is used by the district for district ministries such as church planting and leadership development.  A significiant portion (20%) is used for national multicultural church planting and the support of the multicultural associations.  The balance (15%) is used to support the leadership training ministries of Alliance University College and Institut Biblique VIE.
